Mathupa Lameck Mokoena (born 23 March 1957) is a South African politician and traditional leader who is currently the chairperson of the Mpumalanga House of Traditional Leaders and the national president of the Congress of Traditional Leaders of South Africa (Contralesa).
The leader of Mpumalanga's Mathibela Tribal Authority, he represented the African National Congress (ANC) in Parliament from 1994 to 2009.
